Murray Kee - Director
With over 25 years building experience in Auckland, Murray has extensive knowledge and skills in managing building projects. Murray is the first point of contact for new clients, providing detailed budgets and quotes for both new homes and renovations. He has overall responsibility for the supervision and organisation of Finesse’s four building teams and project managers.

Geoff Philson - Director
Geoff has over 17 years experience in manufacturing and operations management. He is responsible for the management of Resource & Building Consents, subdivision applications, suppliers, and purchasing. Geoff is a CA and has a B Com in accounting & Finance.

Fran Kent - Colour Consultant and Design
Fran utilises her creative skills as an accomplished artist and her passion for colour and interiors, to advise clients on colour and interior design. She has a background in fashion retailing and hair design.

Janet Philson - Administrative Support/Project Management
Janet provides interior design advice to clients and assists with the management of renovation projects. She is responsible for liaising with council at the completion of a building project and ensuring Code of Compliance is issued. Janet has studied interior design and has a BA, Diploma in Teaching/LTCL.

Joanne Tang - Office Manager
Joanne has worked in finance and merchant banking in the corporate and government sectors. She is responsible for office management including accounts and administration.

Sue Elsmore - Project Manager
Sue has a BHSc and industry experience in furniture, hardware and fittings. She has been responsible for project managing the construction of new investment homes as well as new homes.

Toni Mason - Project Manager
Toni has 20 years experience in the building industry including five years with Firth Inustries working with builders, architects and prospective home owners. She has studied interior design and for the past 2 years has been a part of our project management team. Toni is now well qualified & eqipped to work with our new and prospective clients to help them to realise their dreams of home renovation.

Jose Wakefield - Project Manager
Jose utilises her excellent organisational and financial management skills gained as a company accountant in her role as a project manager for Finesse. She focuses mainly on renovation projects. Jose recently completed an interior design course and is passionate about spatial design and colour.

Chris Elsmore - Foreman/Builder
Chris has 20 years building experience in Auckland. He manages a team of three builders and one apprentice and has been working with Murray for over a decade and exclusively with Finesse Residential since 2005.

Mark Roberts - Foreman/Builder
Mark is an experienced builder, managing his own building company for 22 years. He specialises in the construction of new homes, transformations and additions, employing a team of three builders and one apprentice. Mark has a passion for creating innovative and exciting spaces in existing homes as well as authentically traditional alterations to older homes.

Russell Biggs - Foreman/Builder
Russell is an extremely experienced builder. He qualified as a joiner and carpenter in Dunedin in the 1960s. Russell owned his own building business for many years specialising in “outside the square’ work with an emphasis on ensuring that the client gets what they really want. He is teamed with one of his twin sons Jarred, who also shares his dad’s passion for quality and his can do attitude.

John Keenan - Foreman/Builder
John has a team of three builders and two apprentices. He is very practical and prides himself on working with the client to ensure the job is done well and efficiently. He is well organised and runs a smooth operation.
