A builder by trade, and with over 45 years' building experience in Auckland, Murray has extensive knowledge and skills in planning and managing major building projects.
Murray is the first point of contact for new clients, providing advice, guidance and detailed initial budgets for both new homes and renovations.
With numerous years of experience as a Chartered Accountant with a Bachelor of Commerce in Accounting and Finance. Geoff’s expertise sees him engaging with our clients on the finer details in starting their journey with Finesse.
Geoff has a real passion and commitment to ensure that Finesse are consistently building quality houses safely that enrich our client’s lifestyles.
Andrew has spent the past 13 years working in the commercial construction sector on a wide range of projects. Andrew started with Finesse in early 2014 and has seamlessly stepped into the role of Operations Manager. Andrew is responsible for the overall supervision and organisation of Finesse’s building teams and project co-ordinators.
Joanne worked in finance and merchant banking in the corporate and government sectors. She is responsible for office management including accounts and administration. Joanne has been with Finesse since 2006 and is a huge asset to us.
Joanne has been with Finesse since 2011, previously having eight years, experience in the building industry in China and seven years as a quantity surveyor in New Zealand. Joanne has degrees in civil engineering, property management and valuation.

Hannah started with Finesse in December 2015 after completing a management degree, with a double major in Human Resource Management and Business Transformation and Change.
Russell has worked in the residential building industry most of his life, operating his own building company and nurturing his twin sons in their own building company over the last few years.
With wide-ranging, hands-on experience in design, planning, health and safety plus project management, Russell is able to meet clients' expectations for a quality, well-managed build.
Whether the project is small or multi-million dollar, he especially enjoys meeting the challenges that arise in design and build, helping all those involved to enjoy the building experience.
Linda joined Finesse in 2012 as a Show Home Host at Karaka. During her time with Finesse she has worked in our award-winning Show Home helping people with design techniques and colours. She has completed a design course which has also assisted her in many of her personal renovations since living in New Zealand.
Before joining Finesse Linda lived in Brisbane and maintained the daily duties of running an earth-moving business with her husband for over 10 years. More recently Linda has moved into a project coordinator's role, and is loving it.
Sales & Marketing Co-ordinator
Kelly joined our team in February 2015 and is assisting with the growing number of projects Finesse has already for this year.
Kelly worked as a Project Coordinator for Finesse from 2015 - 2017
and now supports the Sales team as well as working on Finesse's own
Prior to joining Finesse Helen spent 10 years with Yamaha NZ within their marine and motorcycle division where she gained a wealth of experience in project coordinating, being responsible for the coordination and event project management of key events such as The Boat Show and Big Boys Toys.
Helen recently graduated as an Interior designer while also specialising in freelance Home Staging. Helen has completed several home renovations over the years with home décor and design being her real passions.
Fiona joined Finesse in mid-2016 bringing with her experience in both the residential and commercial construction sectors. Having spent many years working as both designer and product specialist, and more recently as a renovation consultant, Fiona is passionate about the industry and facilitating successful and wonderful outcomes for her clients.
